Mountain Park Community Center Renovation

The Mountain Park Home Owners Association selected Bremik Construction and Waterleaf Architecture to complete a renovation to the community and recreation center. The first phase of the project was the demolition of the existing pool and additional excavation for the new pool. The second phase included construction of the pool, mechanical room, and natatorium infrastructure. The final phase was a remodel to provide administration and community spaces, including basketball courts.
