Grand Central Baking Company is one of the Northwest's premier bakeries. Having outgrown their existing headquarters, they selected Bremik Construction and Emerick Architects to design a new corporate office, central bakery and new retail café in Portland's gritty NW Industrial District. Bremik completed the sustainable remodel of an old metal casting shop into one of Portland hippest new eateries.
