The White Stag Block encompasses three historic buildings in Portland's Old Town District, totaling 142,000 SF. The brick and heavy timber historic renovation is the new home for the University of Oregon Portland Center, Venerable Properties Corporate Offices and United Fund Advisors, serving as the catalyst to re-energize the original commercial district of downtown Portland. The White Stag Block is one of the largest historic renovations constructed to LEED Gold Standard in the United States.
