Client: MBD Development

MBD Development selected Bremik Construction to construct Building E in their Franklin Business Park development in Tualatin, Oregon. The facility is a speculative 35,000 SF flex industrial tilt-up concrete structure designed to complement the existing buildings in the business park. Based on the successful partnership. MBD negotiated their next three projects with Bremik and is planning the next three buildings in partnership with Bremik Construction.
