11 Marché Apartments

Bremik Construction built 11 Marché Apartments, a sustainably designed, six-story complex that featured panoramic views of Portland’s downtown skyline from a large rooftop terrace. The 53,000 sf, wood-framed building was constructed with a post-tensioned concrete podium over covered, mechanized parking. Located near Portland State University campus on the Streetcar line, the 62 boutique apartments have all the modern amenities to appeal to discerning Portlanders.
