Bremik Construction Adds Three Powerhouses to the Team

PORTLAND, Ore. – Jan. 5th – Bremik Construction's recent additions increases the management team to 24 industry professionals. Bob Trapa, Cory Riedel and Dave Riedel bring a culmination of over 75 years of commercial construction expertise in estimating and senior project management.

"We are honored to welcome a talented trio of this caliber," said Brent Parry, president, Bremik Construction. "The depth and breadth of experience each of them bring further enriches our team, positioning Bremik to excel in the commercial construction market."

Bob Trapa joins Bremik as the director of construction, an integral part of the senior management team responsible for all construction, project management and estimating operations. Coming off four years as a senior estimator for Walsh Construction, he brings tenure-experience in the construction industry; beginning in the mid 80's as a production engineer for a Mountain States commercial building contractor before advancing to project management and estimating. In 1995, he joined forces with Brent Parry and Mike Greenslade, founders of Bremik, as chief estimator for P&C Construction Company. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University.

As senior project manager, Cory Riedel brings 17 years and five generations of industry experience. With "construction" in his veins, Cory started his own construction company at the early age of 22. Cory later moved to Walsh Construction where he quickly rose through the ranks, serving many years as a superintendent and project manager. His leadership skills and passion for quality construction make him a strong asset to Bremik's senior management team. Cory holds an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Clackamas Community College.

Dave Riedel has worked in commercial construction for 38 years, gaining field experience as a carpenter and project superintendent and as a project manager for the past 25 years. In addition to his new construction and renovation experience, Dave developed and managed a tenant improvement division for Walsh Construction, managing tenant improvements for restaurants, retail stores, medical and Class A office space. Dave's depth of experience and relationship-based management style make him an excellent fit with Bremik's negotiated approach to construction.
